Improved worker representation
Work for genuine representation among our suppliers
Establishing worker representatives and functional worker committees among our suppliers can be challenging. This has been a key area of focus for us over several years, and it remains a recurring topic in our dialogue with the factories.
To support progress and improvement, we offer guidance in line with ILO Convention 135, as well as training in the local language through our partners.
It is especially encouraging when suppliers document the process and share photos from the elections and their meetings – and particularly rewarding to meet the elected representatives during our factory visits.
